1.Product description:

Isocyanate-terminated Liquid rubber(IR) is a new type of liquid telechelic polymer. The isocyanate group contained in IR has high reactivity, can be cured at room temperature, has little heat release and basically has no shrinkage during curing. The molecules of the cured product contain hard segment of highly polar urethane and extremely flexible soft segment, so the cured product has the advantages of high flexibility, high adhesion, insulation, heat insulation, smooth surface and uniform and dense texture.

  1. Application:
    Mainly used in epoxy resin toughening, potting glueof electronics, waterproof coating and other fields. The cured ITPB has good flexibility, high adhesion, excellent hydrolysis resistance and good anti-corrosion performance. It has excellent thermal cycling performance and can also be used as electrical potting glue.
  2. Packaging: Packed in 1-20kg metal or plastic drum with good airtightness.
  3. Storage：Storedat cool and ventilate with container sealed with Nitrogen. Temperature range: -20～38℃. Shelf life: 12 months. After the storage period expires, the samples should be re-sampled and re-inspected according to the technical specifications in Part 2, and they can still be used after passing the test.
  4. Transportation: Avoid rain, humidity, and sun exposure. Don’t mix transport with strong oxidizer.
